HOW DO SHIPPING WORK?
Shipping is FREE throughout Italy. In Italy the estimated time for deliveries is approximately 24/48 hours from the time of shipment (on working days).
Upon shipment you will receive confirmation via email with the courier tracking.

How can I make an exchange or return?

What payment methods do you accept?
On our e-commerce you can pay by credit card, PayPal or in installments with ScalaPay.
Cash on delivery is not possible.
The delivery was not made
If the delivery was unsuccessful, contact our customer service at customercare@v2brand.it indicating the order number and the complete address to unblock the stock.
How can I get tracking for my order?
Once shipped you will receive an order confirmation email containing the GLS tracking of the shipment. All communications related to your order will be sent to the email address with which you placed the order.
My order has not been shipped yet
We aim to process all orders within 5 working days (Monday to Friday). If your order is not shipped within this timeframe, please contact us at customercare@v2brand.it and we will be happy to assist you.
I received a defective item
Contact our customer service at customercare@v2brand.it, indicating the order number, the owner and if possible some photographs of the defect.
I received an incomplete order
Contact our support at customercare@v2brand.it to report the error and verify your order.
