RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES AND TERMS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return one or more items within 14 days of delivery and choose to receive a replacement or exercise your right of withdrawal.

Do you need to return or exchange a product?
You can do this within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start the process, go to this link: https://returns.itsrever.com/v2brand

You will be asked for your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
You can then select one or more items to return or exchange.

There are three different options for making a return:

1. Size or item exchange

If you ordered the wrong size or want to exchange the product for another, you can do so easily. If you exchange the item, you will be asked to pay any price difference. Size exchanges are free.

2. Gift Card

If you prefer, you can receive a Gift Card for the value of your return, usable on all products.

You will receive an email with a code you can use on our shop.

3. Refund

If you choose a refund, the amount will be credited back to the same payment method used for the purchase. The €10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (e.g., a €99 item → a €89 refund). Sale items are non-refundable.


START A RETURN


The right of return and withdrawal is considered correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully respected:

  • the products must not have been used and/or damaged
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • Returned products must be sent in a single shipment

We reserve the right to not accept products from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;

Returned products must be handed over to the courier within 14 days from the date you received your order.
It is understood that the risks of transport for the return of the Products will be entirely borne by the Buyer.

In the unlikely event that the return is made in unacceptable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

In some cases only partial refunds are guaranteed:

If the order is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error, the order is returned more than 28 days after purchase.

SALE ORDERS:
Only non-sale items are refundable; therefore, refunds cannot be applied to discounted items.

Our 14-day returns policy states that after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or used, have all tags attached, and be in its original packaging.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
