If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, within 14 days of delivery you can return one or more items and choose to receive other replacement items or exercise the right of withdrawal.

To proceed with the return you must follow the instructions on the return form found inside the package. The return form must always be attached to the returned goods.

To make a return, follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to customercare@v2brand.it indicating the order number and the addressee
  2. Within one working day you will receive an email from GLS with the subject " Return Shipping Management BIXXXXXXXX". Click on the link inside the email, you will be redirected to the GLS website. You can choose between 2 ways to return the goods:
  • Hand delivered to the GLS office closest to you
  • Book collection at the address of your choice
  1. Make sure you complete the procedure, you will receive a confirmation email from GLS and the barcode to present to the courier
  2. Always remember to include this correctly completed return form inside the package , so as to allow our logistics to proceed as quickly as possible.

RETURN METHOD

To make a return there are four different options:

1. Size change: If you got the wrong size and want to receive the same item but in the right size for you. The size change is totally free.

2. Shopping Voucher: If you want to proceed with the exchange for a new item we recommend requesting the Shopping Voucher, you will receive a code for the same amount that you can spend on all the items in the shop without expiry.

3. Refund: if you decide to opt for a refund , the shipping costs will be your responsibility. The expenses amount to €10, so your refund will be deducted by €10 (e.g. if you return an item worth €99 you will receive a refund of €89). The refund is always made to the same payment method you used when ordering. Please note that sale orders are non-refundable.

4. Other: If you received the incorrect or non-compliant item, request the same product or the product contained in the original order.

The right of return and withdrawal is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully respected:

  • the products must not have been used and/or damaged;
  • the products must be returned in their original packaging;
  • returned products must be sent in a single shipment.

We reserve the right not to accept products from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;

Returned products must be delivered to the courier within 28 days from the date you placed the order.
It is understood that the transport risks for returning the Products will be borne entirely by the Buyer.

In the unlikely event that the return is made in an unacceptable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

In some cases only partial refunds are guaranteed:

If the order is not in original condition, damaged or there are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error; the order is returned more than 28 days after purchase.

ORDERS ON SALE:
Only items not on sale are refundable, therefore refunds do not apply to discounted items.

RETURNS NON-ITALY

Do you have anything to return or do you want to change the size or product? You have 14 days from the date of receipt to proceed.

To make a return, follow these steps:

1. Go to the website: https://www.gls-returns.com/#/m/v2brand or scan the QR code you find here below.

2. Follow the guided procedure until the return label is created
3. Print and apply the label on the package
4. Take your package to the "Parcel Shop" you prefer.
5. In order to proceed your return as soon as possible, please remember to put the fulfilled return

form inside the package.

There are 4 return options:

1. Size change: have you chosen the wrong size and do you want to receive the same item in the right size? The size change is completely free of charge.

2. Voucher: Do you want to change the item? Request the Voucher. You will receive a code of the same amount that you can spend on the website without an expiration date.

3. Refund: If you want a refund, the shipping costs are at your charge. The amount is €10, so your refund will be reduced by €10 (ex: if you return an item of €99, you will receive a refund of €89). The refund is always made on the same payment method used in the order. Please note goods on sale are not refundable.

4. Other: Have you received the wrong item? Please request the product of the original order.

V2 srl will send the items, via GLS courier, to the address indicated as the " delivery address ", within 5 working days from the time of purchase.
In Italy the estimated delivery time is approximately 24/48 hours from the time of shipment (on working days).
In Europe, the estimated shipping time is between 3 and 5 working days (depending on the country).
The estimated shipping and delivery times of the items are purely indicative and cannot be relied upon completely.

On V2 Brand you can purchase your garments by choosing between different payment methods. If you prefer, you can choose to pay in installments using Afterpay or PayPal. Your payment will be spread over three monthly installments, without any interest.
