If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, within 14 days of delivery you can return one or more items and choose to receive other items as a replacement or exercise the right of withdrawal.
To proceed with the return, follow the instructions on the return form found inside the package. The return form must always be attached to the returned goods.
To return, follow these steps:
- Send an email to email@example.com indicating the order number and the holder
- Within one working day you will receive an email from GLS with the subject " Management Return Shipping BIXXXXXXXX". Click on the link inside the email, you will be redirected to the GLS website. You can choose between 2 ways to return the goods:
- Hand delivery to the GLS office closest to you
- Reservation of collection at the address of your choice
- Make sure you complete the procedure, you will receive a confirmation email from GLS and the barcode to present to the courier
Always remember to insert this correctly completed return form inside the package , so as to allow our logistics to proceed as soon as possible.
To make a return there are four different options:
1. Size exchange: If you have the wrong size and want to receive the same item but in the right size for you. The size change is totally free.
2. Purchase Voucher : If you want to proceed with the exchange for a new item, we advise you to request the Purchase Voucher, you will receive a code for the same amount that you can spend on all items in the shop with no expiry date.
3. Refund : if you decide to opt for the refund , the shipping costs are at your expense. The charges amount to €10, so your refund will be reversed by €10 (e.g. if you return an item worth €99 you will receive a refund of €89). The refund is always made to the same payment method that you used when ordering. We remind you that orders on sale are non-refundable.
4. Other : If you have received the wrong or non-compliant item, request the same product or the product contained in the original order.
The right of return and withdrawal is intended to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully respected:
the products must not have been used and/or damaged;
the products must be returned in their original packaging;
returned products must be sent in a single shipment.
We reserve the right not to accept products from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
Returned products must be delivered to the courier within 28 days from the date you placed the order.
It is understood that the transport risks for returning the Products will be fully borne by the Purchaser.
In the unlikely event that the return is made in an unacceptable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

In some cases only partial refunds are guaranteed:
If the order is not in original condition, damaged or parts are missing for reasons not attributable to our error; the order is returned more than 28 days after purchase.
ORDERS ON SALE:
Only non-sale items are refundable, therefore, the refund does not apply to discounted items.

2. Follow the guided procedure until the return label is created
3. Print and apply the label on the package
4. Take your package to the "Parcel Shop" you prefer.
5. In order to proceed your return as soon as possible, please remind to put the fulfilled return
form inside the package.
There are 4 return options:
1. Size change : have you chosen the wrong size and you want to receive the same item in the right size? The size change is completely free of charge.
2. Voucher : Do you want to change the item? Request the Voucher. You will receive a code of the same amount that you can spend on the website without an expiration date.
3. Refund : If you want a refund, the shipping costs are at your charge. The amount is €10, so your refund will be reduced by €10 (ex: if you return an item of €99, you will receive a refund of €89). The refund is always made on the same payment method used in the order. Please note goods on sale are not refundable.
4. Other : Have you received the wrong item? Please request the product of the original order.
In Italy the estimated time for deliveries is approximately 24/48 hours from the time of shipment (on working days).
In Europe, via the UPS courier, the estimated time for shipping is between 3 and 5 working days (depending on the country).
The estimated times for sending and delivering the items are purely indicative and it is not possible to fully rely on them.
How can I use my discount code?
If you have a discount code, all you have to do is copy the code and enter it during checkout, before paying.

How do shipments work?

Can I also pay in installments?
Certainly. You can pay with Scalapay or PayPal by spreading your payment in three installments, without any interest.

Each of our garments is made in Italy, but before reaching you, it passes through the hands of our craftsmen, who apply fabrics, studs, paint splashes and other details by hand. This is why each garment is different and unique. Just like the wearer.
